Here’s a SNEAK PEEK at an upcoming post where I will give you an overview of the oil pulling practice, how I implement this practice in my daily life, and what it has done for me.

Oil pulling is a cleansing therapy whereby you swish a small amount of coconut oil throughout your mouth (as you would mouthwash) and then spit it out.  Bacteria in the mouth bind to the fats in the oil and are expelled along with the oil.  This ancient ayurvedic method has been practiced for centuries to safely and easily rid the body of toxins and harmful bacteria.  Benefits range from improved dental health and teeth whitening to remediation of disease and illness.
